Stay four (4) nights or more, and the cleaning fee is waived. Otherwise, a $50.00 charge will be added for cleaning.
Stay fifteen (15) nights or more, and the cleaning fee is waived. PLUS, receive a 10% discount! This offer is good only if the same original guests remain for the whole duration. No new guests may take over the condo.

Terms

1. Smoking is permitted only on the lanai. No pets allowed.

2. Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out by 10:00 am.

3. $100.00 deposit required to secure each reservation. Refundable with minimum 45 day
cancellation notice prior to check-in date. Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
